Thank you for using KSDrafter (“Product,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read these Legal Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using this software. By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using the Product, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.

This Product is provided by the creator and distributed through Gumroad, a third-party eCommerce platform that enables creators to sell digital products.
1. License Grant
Upon purchase, you are granted a:
- Non-exclusive
- Non-transferable
- Non-sublicensable
- Per-version lifetime license
to install and use the specific version purchased.
“Lifetime” refers to the usable lifespan of that specific released version — not future versions.
2. Version-Based Purchase Model
KSDrafter PRO is sold on a version-based licensing model:
- Each version is a separate product.
- Purchasing one version does not entitle you to future updates or upgrades.
- New major versions may require a separate purchase.
- Minor bug fixes (if provided) are discretionary and not guaranteed.
There is no obligation to provide free upgrades to future releases.
3. No Update Guarantee
We do not guarantee:
- Ongoing compatibility with future versions of Adobe software.
- Continued functionality after Adobe system updates.
- Continued compatibility with operating system updates (Windows/macOS).
If Adobe makes architectural, security, or platform-level changes (including changes affecting CEP technology) that break or disable the plugin, we are not responsible for restoring compatibility.
4. Adobe Dependency Disclaimer
KSDrafter PRO is built using Adobe CEP technology and is dependent on:
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Creative Cloud infrastructure
- Operating system compatibility
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Adobe.
If Adobe discontinues CEP support, modifies plugin architecture, or introduces breaking changes, KSDrafter shall not be liable for loss of functionality.
Use of the Product is at your own risk with respect to third-party platform changes.
5. No Warranty
The Product is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind.
We disclaim all express and implied warranties, including but not limited to:
- Merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Compatibility with future software versions
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
KSDrafter shall not be liable for:
- Loss of business or revenue
- Loss of design files
- Software incompatibility
- Downtime caused by Adobe updates
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the specific version.
7. Refund Policy
Refunds are handled according to the policy stated on the sales platform (e.g., Gumroad).
If a refund is granted, the license is immediately revoked and continued use is prohibited.
8. Prohibited Actions
You may not:
- Redistribute or resell the plugin
- Share license files
- Reverse engineer or decompile the software
- Modify or create derivative works of the plugin
Violation will result in immediate termination of license.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate access if:
- License misuse is detected
- Piracy or unauthorized distribution occurs
- Terms are violated
Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Product.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of:

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
